Scope and fixed price
After one meeting you get one fixed price with a defined scope, agreed before we start. The figures on the pricing page are starting points — "from" prices — and the fixed price is the one that applies to your engagement. If the scope changes along the way, we agree on it in writing first. You never get an invoice for something you did not say yes to.
Payment
Invoiced in two parts: 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Net 14 days. Ongoing agreements — operations and continued development — are invoiced monthly or hourly as set out in the price list.
Value added tax
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Norwegian VAT of 25% is added for Norwegian business clients.
Ownership and handover
Full source code and all rights transfer to you on full payment. The handover covers the code, the accounts and the access that goes with them, along with the documentation someone else would need to run it.
Lock-in and cancellation
No lock-in. You can end the engagement whenever you want, and you keep everything delivered and paid for. That applies to the operations agreement and continued development too.
Progress and visibility
Every Friday we show what is actually running, not a plan for what will be. You see progress weekly for the whole engagement, without having to ask for it.
